Viewing and Exporting Orders
The Orders page is where you see and track every order across your app, website, and other sources in one place. It's a view-and-track view, fulfillment still happens in your POS, but it's the fastest way to get the full picture of your sales and to pull order data when you need it.
Opening Orders
With All Stores selected, choose Orders from the left navigation. Switch to a single store in the store switcher to focus on one location.
What the Orders Page Shows
At the top, four cards summarize the orders currently in view:
- Total Orders: how many orders match your current filters.
- Total Revenue: their combined total.
- Completed: how many finished, plus your completion rate.
- Avg Order Value: average spend per order.
Below the cards is the order list, with a column for each order's number, Store, Status (such as complete), Mode (such as pickup), Total and item count, and Date. Each order also carries an external ID that ties it back to your POS.
This page is for viewing and tracking. To change, refund, or fulfill an order, use your POS.
Narrowing Down Orders
A few controls help you find exactly the orders you want:
- Source tabs: App, Website, All, or Imported, to look at one channel at a time or everything together.
- Date range: quick presets for 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, or pick a custom range.
- Search: find a specific order with the Search orders box.
- Filters: expand Filters for more: filter by status, mode, store, and a Min Price / Max Price range.
Everything else on the page, the summary cards and the list, reflects whatever filters you've set.
Viewing an Order's Details
Select any order to open its detail panel, which shows:
- Mode: pickup or delivery.
- Items: each product, option, quantity, and price.
- Price Breakdown: subtotal, taxes, and total.
- Timeline: key timestamps for the order, such as when it was created and completed.
Close the panel to return to the list.
Exporting Orders
Need order data in a spreadsheet? Export reflects your current filters, so set those first, then:
- Select Export.
- Choose your Export Format (CSV).
- Under Export Columns, pick the columns you want. A few, like Order ID, Order Number, Store Name, User Name, Total, and Created At, are Required and always included. Use Select All to grab everything, or Required Only to keep it minimal.
- Select Export: the button shows how many orders you're exporting (for example, Export 32 Orders), matching your current filters.
Tips
- Filter before you export. The export matches what's on screen, so narrow by date, source, store, or status first to get exactly the data you want.
- Read here, act in your POS. Order changes and fulfillment happen in your point-of-sale system; this page reflects the result.
- Watch your completion rate. The Completed card is a quick health check on how many orders are making it all the way through.
