Understanding Your Analytics

DopeHub

Your Analytics dashboard shows how your app, website, and kiosks are performing: sales, orders, customers, and product trends, so you can see what's working and act on it. It's the page DopeHub opens to when you log in.

Opening Analytics

Analytics is the first item in the left navigation, and it's where you land after signing in. With All Stores selected, you see every location together; pick a single store from the store switcher to see that store's numbers on their own.

This is a read-only reporting view, you're looking at your data here, not editing it.

Filtering What You See

Three controls at the top shape everything below them:

  • Channel: All, Mobile App (your DopeApps app), Website (DopeSites), or Kiosk (DopeTender). Look at one channel or all of them together.
  • Daily / Monthly: choose how the data is grouped over time.
  • Date range: set the period you want to look at (for example, the last 7 days).

Your Key Numbers

At the top you'll see summary cards for the current filter, including Total Sales and Total Orders, for a quick read before you dig into the charts.

Choosing Your Charts

The Charts selector lets you pick which charts appear. A few show by default: Sales Revenue, Orders Over Time, and New Users, and the + more option reveals the rest. Here are the main ones and what each tells you:

Sales Revenue

Your revenue trend across the selected date range, your top-line "how are we doing" view.

Orders Over Time

Order volume over the same period, so you can see demand rising or dipping.

New Users

How many new customers you're adding over time.

First Orders & Conversion

First-time orders and how well visitors are converting into buyers.

Order Performance

Average Processing Time and Fulfillment Time (in minutes); toggle between the two. If you run more than one store, a table breaks down each store's averages alongside a Fleet figure: the count-weighted average across all stores. The n next to each number is how many orders it's based on, and Excluded counts orders missing a fulfillment timestamp (so they don't skew the average). Use Export CSV to download this data.

Top Selling Products

Your top 10 products by units sold, each with its share of total sales: handy for spotting your top movers!

Category Breakdown

Units sold by product category, with each category's percentage of the total, a quick read on what types of products drive your platform’s sales.

Peak Ordering Times

A heat map of orders by day of week and hour, with your busiest and quietest times called out. Great for planning staffing and timing promotions.

Exporting Data

Where a chart offers Export CSV (such as Order Performance), select it to download that data as a spreadsheet you can use in your own reports.

A Few Tips

  • Hover any point on a chart to see the exact values for that day.
  • Switch between All Stores and a single store to move between the big picture and one location.

Putting It to Work

A few ways operators use these numbers:

  • Peak Ordering Times → schedule staff for your busy windows, and time push notifications for when customers are most active.
  • Top Selling Products and Category Breakdown → plan promotions and reordering around what's actually selling.
  • Order Performance → catch a store whose fulfillment is running slow.
  • Channel filter → compare Mobile App vs. Website vs. Kiosk to see where customers prefer to order.
