🌲 If your dispensary runs on Treez, this guide covers what you need to know to get your app connected and keep things running smoothly.

How Treez Connects to Your App

Your DopeApps app connects to your Treez account via webhooks and API. When a customer places an order in the app, it's routed through a cart created in Treez. Your menu data — products, pricing, availability — is pulled from Treez and displayed in the app.

What We Need From You

To connect a Treez location, DopeTech needs to set up webhooks in Treez on your behalf. Here's how it works:

  1. Provide us with your Treez account credentials or connect us with your Treez account manager
  2. For each location, we'll provide Treez with the webhook URL — your Treez contact can plug those in directly
  3. Confirm which locations you want connected (each location is set up separately)

If you're adding a new location, just loop in your CSM and we'll coordinate the webhook setup with Treez directly.

Known Limitations

A few things work differently with Treez vs. other POS systems, worth knowing upfront:

  • Sorting by weight or size is not supported via the Treez API — products can't be filtered or sorted by gram weight in the app

Adding a new Treez location? Give your CSM a heads up as early as possible — webhook setup requires coordination with Treez and can take a few business days.
