SpringBig Integration Overview

🌱 If your dispensary uses SpringBig for loyalty and marketing, here's how it connects to your DopeApps app.

What SpringBig Powers in Your App

SpringBig is a cannabis-specific loyalty and marketing platform. When integrated with your DopeApps mobile app, it enables your customers to view and engage with their loyalty account directly in the app, including points balances and available rewards.

Getting Set Up

SpringBig integration is configured during your onboarding or at the time you add SpringBig to your tech stack. To get the integration enabled:

1. Let your CSM know you're using SpringBig
2. We'll coordinate with you to get the necessary API credentials from SpringBig
3. Once credentials are in place, we'll configure the integration and test the loyalty connection

What to Expect After Setup

Once live, customers who are already in your SpringBig loyalty program will see their points and rewards when they log into the app using the phone number tied to their SpringBig account. New customers who register in the app will be enrolled in SpringBig automatically.

Phone Number Matching

Like other loyalty integrations, SpringBig relies on phone number matching to connect a customer's app account to their loyalty profile. If a customer's phone number in the app doesn't match what's in SpringBig, their loyalty data won't appear. See our loyalty troubleshooting guide if you run into this.
