Getting Started in DopeHub

DopeHub is your admin backend, the one place you log in to run everything DopeTech powers for your dispensary: your app, your website, and your in-store kiosks. This guide covers what DopeHub is, how to log in, how it's organized, and where to find each thing you'll manage day to day.

What Is DopeHub

DopeHub is a single backend for all of your DopeTech products. From one login at admin.dopetech.ai, you manage:

• Your DopeApps mobile apps (iOS and Android)
• Your DopeSites web storefront
• Your DopeTender in-store kiosks

Instead of juggling separate tools, your analytics, notifications, audiences, and customer-facing content all live in one place. This is the product you'll log into day to day.

Logging In

1. Go to admin.dopetech.ai (or select Log In from the Help Center).
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Select Sign In.

First time logging in? Your account is created when an admin at your dispensary adds you under Access Control. You'll receive an email to set up your account and password.

Forgot your password? Select Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen to reset it yourself.

Finding Your Way Around

DopeHub keeps the same layout on every screen:

• The navigation menu runs down the left side.
• The store switcher sits at the top left. Use All Stores to work across every location at once, or pick a single store to focus on it.
• The account menu sits at the bottom left, with your settings and the log-out button.

After you sign in, DopeHub opens on the All Stores Analytics dashboard.

One thing to know: the left navigation changes depending on whether you have All Stores or a single store selected. All Stores shows your account-wide tools; a single store shows that store's content pages.

What Each Section Manages

When "All Stores" is selected

These are your account-wide tools, grouped under Navigation and Admin:

• Analytics: Your performance dashboard across every location: total sales, orders, new users, average order value, conversion, and more. Filter by product (Mobile App, Website, Kiosk), switch between Daily and Monthly, and set the date range.
• Orders: A view-only look at orders placed across your channels, with totals and values like average order value (AOV). You can see the numbers here; orders themselves are handled in your POS.
• Notifications: Send push notifications to your app users. See Sending Push Notifications for the full walkthrough.
• Audiences: Build and manage the customer segments you target with notifications.
• Notification Settings: Set up automated campaigns, such as abandoned-cart reminders.
• Access Control (Admin): Add and remove the people who can log into DopeHub, and set their roles and permissions. New users get an email to set up their account.

When a single store is selected

Pick a store from the switcher and the navigation swaps to that store's content pages:

• Analytics: The same dashboard, scoped to just this store.
• Categories: Manage how product categories appear in this store's app.
• Collections: Build curated groups of products you can feature (for example, in a product carousel or deal banner).
• Specials: Set the order in which specials appear for this store.
• App Sections: Add, schedule and link banners and other in-app content for custom control of your mobile app.
• Deeplinks: Create links that open a specific place in your app.
• Theme: Update the in-app branding for this store, including logo and colors.

Note: your product menu syncs automatically from your POS or ecommerce integration: you don't edit products by hand in DopeHub. Pricing, availability, and product details flow in from your point-of-sale system or ecommerce provider.
