DopeHub Quick-Reference Cheat Sheet

A fast reference for where things live in DopeHub and how to do the most common tasks. New here? Start with Getting Started in DopeHub.

The Basics

• Log in: admin.dopetech.ai
• Store switcher (top left): choose All Stores to work across locations, or pick one store. Your navigation changes based on which is selected.
• Account menu (bottom left): your settings and the log-out button.

Where Things Live

With All Stores selected:

• See how you're performing → Analytics
• View and export orders → Orders
• Send a push notification → Notifications
• Set up automated campaigns → Notification Settings
• Build a customer segment → Audiences
• Add staff and set permissions → Access Control

With a single store selected:

• Store hours → Info
• Product categories → Categories
• Curated product groups → Collections
• Deals and promotions → Specials
• App content blocks → App Sections
• Links into your app → Deeplinks
• Branding (logo, colors) → Theme

Common Tasks (in brief)

• Send a push: Notifications → Create Notification → pick stores and audience → write title and message → send or schedule. (See Sending Push Notifications.)
• Build an audience: Audiences → Create Audience → name it → add rules → save. (See Creating a Custom Audience.)
• Feature products: build a Collection, then place it in an App Section.
• Edit hours: Stores Info → pick a store → set Open and Close → Save changes.
• Export orders: Orders → set your filters → Export.
• Add a user: Access Control → Invite User → assign a role → Send Invite.

Good to Remember

• Your menu syncs from your POS. You don't edit products by hand from DopeHub.
• Many changes (hours, menu, content) appear in the app after the next menu sync, not instantly.
